Authenticity Guarantee:
Navajewelry sells only authentic Native American–made jewelry—absolutely guaranteed. If any item we sell is proven not to be authentic, you will receive a 100% refund.

Donations:
At least 10% of proceeds are donated to verified Native-led nonprofits in the Southwest. We also collect donations from our site, and 100% of donations made through Navajewelry are donated to one or more of our vetted non-profit partner organizations.

Shipping:
Shipping is FREE if you live in the continental United States. We ship all products via USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping fees apply to orders in Alaska, Hawaii and international orders, as well.
Orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery.
If you DO NOT want to have to sign for your package, please email Suzanne immediately after making your purchase and let her know. Please include the item name/description and Order Number in your message. Email us at: info@navajewelryshop.com.
Returns:
Return window: Returns are accepted up to 14 days after delivery.
Day 1 starts when tracking shows “delivered.”
Authorization required: Returns must be authorized via email before being sent back.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition.
Please do not polish or alter items before returning. Altered items are not eligible for a refund.
Inspection: Upon receipt, all items will be inspected to confirm original condition.
Refund timing: Refunds are issued within 2–3 business days to the original payment method.
If you prefer, we can offer store credit instead.
Shipping & packaging:
The customer is responsible for return shipping.
We do not refund original shipping charges or pay for return shipping.
Returns must be shipped in a sturdy box with sufficient padding to prevent damage.
Items damaged due to insufficient packaging are not eligible for return/refund.
We strongly recommend tracking and insurance.
Custom pieces: No returns are accepted for custom pieces.
Layaway:
Layaway is available for purchases over $500.
To start layaway:
A 10% down payment is required.
A one-time, non-refundable 5% convenience fee is due with the down payment. (Total due at initiation of layaway: 15%)
Terms:
The item must be paid in full within 6 months.
No payment reminders are sent.
Shipping fees apply.
Your item ships immediately once paid in full.
Cancellations / non-payment:
If the buyer cancels layaway before full payment is made, all prior payments are forfeited.
If the buyer does not adhere to the 6-month timeline, all prior payments are forfeited.
If a buyer cancels and/or does not adhere to the timeline, they may be denied the option of layaway in the future. Layaway availability is at the sole discretion of Navajewelry management.
Adding items to a layaway plan:
If multiple items are put on layaway at the same time, they are considered a bundle.
Items may be added at a later date but each new item is treated as a separate layaway:
A new 15% is due at initiation, and a new 6-month timeline begins for that piece.
